Andi began her real estate journey at age 24, and today owns multiple rental and investment properties. Her hands-on experience as a buyer, landlord, and seller gives her practical insights into what it takes to succeed in real estate.

In 2023, Andi founded Venture Commercial Real Estate, where she partners with Lyle Stratton, a seasoned broker with nearly 40 years of experience. Together, they combine Andi's fresh perspective with Lyle's deep industry knowledge, creating a team with a proven track record of client successes.

Andi’s clients include people like *Carl, who transformed his life and built a multimillion-dollar business, and *Mark, a gym owner who successfully expanded his operations across multiple locations. Andi is dedicated to helping clients leverage real estate to achieve their biggest goals.

Before moving into real estate, Andi served in local government for fifteen years, in roles such as Director of Wastewater, Parks & Recreation, and Solid Waste, and finally, as City Manager in various communities. These are all roles that gave her a unique perspective on urban development and public policy—insights she now uses to benefit her clients and their portfolios.

After living in California, Pennsylvania, and Arizona, Andi is happy to call the Pacific Northwest home. From the food, to the beautiful outdoors, to the generosity of her community, she loves it all. Outside of work, you’ll find her golfing, skiing, kayaking, or enjoying a meal with a glass of wine. The only thing she doesn’t like about living here? Slow. Drivers. But she figures that’s a small price to pay for such an incredible place to live.
